HP Notebook - 15-bs540tu

This is to inform you that I have the following windows specification  Edition Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2 Installed on ‎9/‎20/‎2022 OS build 19045.3570 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19052.1000.0. All the updates have been installed. Followed all the steps related to resetting, uninstalling, restarting camera. Checked stopped services for Frameservermode in system configuration which is shown as stopped. I didn't follow regedit as its risky to follow because suggestion was given for changing DWORD 32-bit to 0 but nothing for 64-bit. Nothing related to camera/imaging device is shown in device manager. tried scan for hardware changes. Tried manually installation of in-built camera but no manufacturer is shown for installation. Kindly help me in accessing the camera.
